These terms describe use of Trip with the Crew, a shared travel-planning service operated by Collin Farmer. Questions can be sent to collinfarmer@gmail.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
Trip with the Crew helps groups organize destinations, itineraries, bookings, ideas, notes, and attachments. It is a planning tool, not a travel agency, booking service, emergency service, or live location tracker. You are responsible for checking flight schedules, reservations, entry requirements, opening hours, prices, and other travel details with the relevant provider or official source.
Your account and shared trips
Use an account you are authorized to use and keep access to your sign-in provider secure. Provide accurate information and report suspected unauthorized account access. Only invite people you intend to include in a trip. Trip information and attachments may be visible to other members of that trip; share only information you are authorized to disclose.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give the service permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service and make it available to the trip members you share it with. You must have the rights needed to upload and share tickets, receipts, photos, and other material. Do not upload passwords, payment-card security codes, or material that infringes another person's rights.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, or distributing harmful content. Do not attempt to access another person's private trips, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or upload malicious software. Access may be limited or suspended to address abuse or security problems.
Third-party services
Sign-in providers, map services, airlines, hotels, and other third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. Links and suggestions do not guarantee availability, quality, safety, or accuracy. Purchases and bookings are between you and the provider, and their cancellation and refund policies apply.
Availability and responsibility
Features may change and the service may be interrupted. Keep your own copies of essential booking details and tickets. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties about uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of user-entered or third-party information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy and leaving the service
Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. You can stop using the service at any time. To request account or data deletion, follow our data-deletion instructions. Removing access through a sign-in provider does not itself delete information already stored by Trip with the Crew.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes and will post the revised date here. For material changes, we will provide notice through the service or an available account contact before those changes take effect. Contact collinfarmer@gmail.com with questions.
